The reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                          
NO. 20(RLS) am Requesting the United States Congress to                        
accommodate Alaskas unique wetlands circumstances by amending                  
the Clean Water Act to modify the wetlands regulatory program and              
to recognize Alaskas outstanding history of wetlands conservation,             
was not taken up this legislative day and the resolution was referred          
to the Secretary for engrossment.
